1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@isabelleandco.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
